The imposing counter of the Cascade bar is legendary. It encourages you to linger with your Aperitif or cocktail.
Just as inviting is our restaurant that directly adjoins the bar and invites you to sample the Italian cuisine, seasonal specialties and a select wine list.
Under the leadership of Chef Daniel Müller, Cascade was awarded GaultMillau points at the end of February 2008 for the first time.
